Christine Galano, LCOP-certified leadership and career coach, is a highly effective HR and talent development professional with over 20 years of experience supporting individual leaders and teams.

In her most recent role as a Human Resources and Talent Development leader, Christine spearheaded learning and development initiatives to support employee growth, retention, and engagement. Using her deep understanding of professional competencies necessary for success, she partnered with organization leaders and individual employees to create opportunities for increased self-awareness and address employee skills gaps.

Christine expanded her skills by completing the Leadership Coaching for Organization Performance program. Her full-time focus is on coaching individuals to discover their full professional potential and helping businesses to create cultures that support learning, transparency, and engagement.
